So about 3 weeks ago we bought tickets to see This Is It. We thought since it's only in theaters for a few weeks (at the time) they are probably going to sell out fast so to be safe we bought tickets in advance. We got them for the 5:10 one b/c we knew it would be as busy.
Anyway so yesterday came and i was feeling stressed out about getting there early to get good seats (typical i know) I decided to leave work at 3:30 LOL. I had to take the train to Chinook and i knew that could take some time. We as luck would have it i got there in 15 mins. I had tons of time and felt sheepish going so early so to kill time i went to Bath and Body Works for get some hand sanitizer. Of course they just got all their Christmas stuff so i had to take a look. Side note they were also playing Christmas music already. Anyway i found a new sent i like/love called Winter Candy Apple. I bought lotion, hand soap and hand sanitizer it in. I also treated myself to a pineapple scented lip gloss to get me in the mood for Hawaii :) Then i got up to the counter and saw their Twisted Peppermint body wash/shampoo/bubble bath. Vicki had i a few years ago and i loved it. It was $12 though and i didn't want to spend that much on it. then the lovely sales lady informed me it was the last one in the store and she didn't know if they were going to get anymore in. I had to buy it then :) So i went in there to buy one thing of hand sanitizer which is like 2 bucks and walked out with way more and spent way more. Oh well i was happy with me purchases. Now i know why i avoid malls though b/c after that i totally wanted to do more shopping. instead i headed to the theater, it's safer there :) Well i was still super early so i sat and waited for Vicki to come and then i met her downstairs to do more shopping. She's on a quest to find a new perfume. We went to the Bay where we were greeted by a nice lady. I walked to the other side of the counter to take a look and this annoying sales lady greeted me. She would not stop talking long enough for me to inform her i wasn't looking for perfume. I was trying to walk away but she kept going on and on. We finally got away from her and met Stacy back at the theater.
The movie was really good. i didn't hear a lot of good reviews on it so i was a little nervous but i thought it was good and it's not like there were meaning to make a movie out it of. So for what they had it was good. Michael Jackson was a very loving, caring person. It's too bad the world never really got to see that side of him. It's sad that he never got to do the concert b/c it would have been amazing! If you have the chance to see it go! Oh and by the way their was hardly anyone in there. good thing we bought the tickets early :)
